Satchel Barlow is the Controller at Quannah Partners, having joined the team in April 2024. Mr. Barlow oversees all accounting practices, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for all entities, compliance with financial and accounting policies, and internal control of processes and procedures.

Satchel started his career in public accounting, having served in senior tax roles at regionally and nationally recognized accounting firms in Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO, where he led the tax engagements for commercial real estate and alternative investment clients. Most recently, Satchel served as Assistant Controller at SpareBox Storage, a national self-storage platform, where he oversaw the month-end close process for 100+ properties, recorded purchase price allocations, analyzed budget vs actual variances, and prepared quarterly & annual reports for investors and lenders. Satchel received a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Dallas.

Satchel has lived in Denver since 2020 with his wife and twin boys.
