Satchel Barlow is the Controller at Quannah Partners, having joined the team in 2024. He oversees all accounting practices, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for all entities, compliance with financial and accounting policies, and internal control of processes and procedures.

Satchel started his career in public accounting, having served in senior tax roles at regionally and nationally recognized accounting firms in Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO, where he led the tax engagements for commercial real estate and alternative investment clients. Prior to joining Quannah Partners, Satchel served as Assistant Controller at SpareBox Storage, a national self-storage platform, where he oversaw the month-end close process for 100+ properties, recorded purchase price allocations, analyzed budget vs actual variances, and prepared quarterly and annual reports for investors and lenders. Satchel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Dallas.
