Nina Noon is a Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation at Quannah Partners, having joined the team in 2026. Nina leads investor engagement and capital raising initiatives. She is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing limited partners.

Nina brings a background in private equity real estate and real asset capital formation, with experience across fundraising and investor relations. Prior to joining Quannah Partners, she was a Vice President of Capital Formation at Pennybacker, where she focused on institutional investor relationships across the western United States. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the Capital Markets team at FrontRange Capital Partners, supporting investor relations and fundraising efforts across the platform.

Nina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master's in Professional Accounting, and a Minor in French from the University of Texas at Austin. She serves on the Advisory Council of the Real Estate Center at the University of Texas at Austin.
