Quannah Partners Sells Class A Industrial Property in San Antonio, Texas
October 7, 2021Today Quannah Partners, in a co-GP joint-venture with Davis Commercial Development, sold Logistics Commerce Center, a two-building, 400,400 square foot Class-A spec industrial development located in northeast San Antonio, TX at 2211 Corner Ridge and 4923 Corner Parkway. Quannah and Davis partnered with American National Insurance Company (“ANICO”) as the equity partner and lender. The partnership acquired the land in June 2018, completed construction in December 2019, and sold the 100% leased property in October 2021.
