

RiNo apartment sale closes at $39.5M

DENVER (November 2024) – In an article dated November 26th, 2024, the Denver Businss Journal wrote that Trailbreak Partners and Quannah Partners have partnered to acquire the Kabin Apartments, a 194-unit multifamily property in Denver’s River North Art District, for $39.5 million.The property, located at 2095 31st Street, was purchased from Zeppelin Development and is part of the broader Taxi Campus, a 28-acre mixed-use development that includes office, retail, and residential uses. Habitat Property Management will continue to oversee operations at the
community.Kabin Apartments offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units and features a wide range of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, dog
parks, bike storage, and shared outdoor spaces. The property is integrated into a larger live-work environment that includes more than 110 businesses and several hundred residents.The Taxi Campus has been developed over more than two decades and is home to notable tenants including the global headquarters of BOA
Technology. The area has become a hub for creative office, residential, and retail space within the RiNo neighborhood.The acquisition reflects continued investor interest in well-located multifamily assets in central Denver, particularly in high-growth neighborhoods like RiNo. The new ownership group indicated plans to build on the existing community and enhance the resident experience while maintaining the character of the property.
