Today Quannah Partners, in a co-GP joint-venture with Graystoke Capital Partners, acquired Green Meadows, a 165-unit multifamily property located at 410 Grizz Avenue, Helena, MT in an off-market transaction. The Property was constructed between 2017 – 2019 and all units were built in a single-family townhome style with garages, differentiating the community from other multifamily product within the market. Quannah and Graystoke plan to implement a light value-add program, installing full-size washer and dryers in each unit and rebranding the Property as Elkhorn Flats. The investment was attractive due to the institutional-sized asset with strong cash flow in market with limited supply. Quannah and Graystoke partnered with Fannie Mae as the lender.
