Jimmy Ward is a Vice President at Quannah Partners, having joined the team in 2026. He is involved in all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions, with a focus on sourcing and executing industrial investment opportunities throughout Texas and Colorado. His responsibilities include investment sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight.

Prior to joining Quannah Partners, Jimmy was an Acquisitions Associate at Alpha Industrial Properties, a KKR platform company, where he closed more than $500 million of industrial acquisitions totaling over 4 million square feet across the United States. He led all aspects of transactions from initial underwriting through closing while working directly with KKR’s real estate investment team.

Before joining Alpha Industrial, Jimmy held positions at PCCP, LLC, where he oversaw asset management responsibilities, and Altus Group, where he focused on valuation and financial analysis.

Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
