Jeff Stringer is the Senior Director of Development (Texas) for Quannah Partners. Jeff is responsible for sourcing, developing, and asset managing industrial properties in Quannah’s target markets in Texas. For more than 27 years, Jeff has sourced and developed institutional industrial developments in major markets across Texas.

Over his career, Jeff has acquired more than 600 acres of industrial land in the major industrial markets of Texas (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin) and has developed more than 22 million square feet of commercial property. He was the development leader on each development, of which his responsibilities included working with investors, negotiating partnership agreements, securing debt, and managing the development and leasing teams (general contractors, consultants and brokerage teams).

Prior to joining Quannah Partners, he held leadership positions at Dalfen Industrial, Davis Commercial Development, Conor Commercial Real Estate, Weatherford International (Gulf Coast Real Estate Leader) and Stonebridge Real Estate Development & Investments.

Jeff has been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Urban Land Institute. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Jeff lives in Houston with his wife and son.
