Will Klos is an Analyst at Quannah Partners, having joinedthe team in 2025. He is involved in all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, developments, asset management, dispositions, and investor relations. His responsibilities include investment research, financial modeling, due diligence, and monitoring real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Quannah Partners, Will worked as an associate on EY's Real Estate Strategy and Transactions team in Chicago, where he focused on valuations and strategy projects for more than $500 million in multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and hospitality properties. He then served as a Capital Markets Analyst in Newmark's Denver office, specializing in underwriting all commercial property types in the Western Region to support the firm’s broader investment sales team. Will holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate with a minor in French Language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
